Born on January 28, 1971, in Catania, Sicily, Biondi was immersed in music from an early age. His career began in the 1980s, but he achieved global fame with his breakthrough album „Handful of Soul“ in 2006, which went platinum within three months of its release. Over the years, Mario has collaborated with numerous musical legends, including American icons Ray Charles and Chaka Khan, as well as renowned Italian artists such as Franco Califano, Fred Bongusto, and Fiorello. These collaborations have enriched his unique style, blending Mediterranean warmth with jazz and soul influences.

Biondi’s repertoire includes timeless hits like "This Is What You Are," "Love Is a Temple," and "What You Have Done to Me".
